Who we are

World Fertility Center is operated by WFC Media Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, UEN: 202611234K). We are committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Australia's Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Submit a consultation request to a clinic through our site (your name, email, phone, treatment interest, and any message you include)
• Subscribe to our newsletter (email address)
• Contact us via our contact form (name, email, message)
• Apply as a clinic partner (clinic details, your name and contact info)

We also collect automatically:

• Device and browser information (IP address, user agent, referrer)
• Pages visited, time on page, navigation paths (via privacy-respecting analytics)
• Cookies (essential and, with your consent, analytics cookies)

How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Forward your consultation request to the clinic(s) you have selected
• Respond to your messages
• Send you newsletters if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe in any email)
• Improve our site and content
• Comply with our legal obligations

When we share your data

We share your consultation request details with the specific clinic you have selected. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties other than the clinic you have selected and our service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under data processing agreements.

How long we keep your data

We retain consultation request data for 24 months unless required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@worldfertilitycenter.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality (your language preference, session). With your consent, we use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible Analytics) that does not set persistent identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

International transfers

Our servers are located in Singapore. Where we transfer data internationally (e.g., to a clinic in Thailand or Australia you have selected), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards under GDPR Article 46.
